For Self-Paced Online Courses
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (with reasonable grounds acceptable to the Company), you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 10% of the course content (including videos and learning materials).
After this period, or if the completion percentage exceeds the above limit, refunds will no longer be available. However, you may contact us to discuss alternative solutions, such as transferring your enrollment to another course.

For Live Interactive Online Courses
Refund requests must be submitted before the second session begins. Once the second session has started, the right to receive a refund is forfeited.

🔁 Starting from the Third Month: The course must be repurchased in full to regain access.
